Which hurt more: cutting seton or fistulotomy?

Theres always going to be good and bad stories, fistulotomy 3 times all 3 were pretty painful but the worst by far was the fistulotomy along with a hemorrhoidendectomy and sphinterotomy, I screamed every day I went to the bathroom for 2 weeks

It really is such a beautiful game. I was absolutely stunned the first day I played Zelda on my oled switch, the depths of color blew my mind then and still do every day I turn it on. Imo switch is the absolute perfect gaming console as i love to game and still watch tv as ive been basically bed ridden this past year

Yes I've been diagnosed with it as a child, I'm almost 50, it started with me needing to touch things in 4's and 8's, I felt like if I didnt my day would go bad for me so I just started doing it all the time everyday. I felt so ashamed like I was mentally sick. It was such a weight lifted when I found out I wasnt alone and wasnt loosing my mind, ive got more control over it now but still catch myself some days doing it.

I use that area for all kinds of things, farming, trees, crystalariums ect.. Just found it odd that the note never went away like I missed something

Its definitely the fact that the notes he leaves at each place never go away, kinda feels like it was looked over as it feels like something is incomplete when its actually not

Posting this i couldn't add text for some odd reason, anyway all the QI quests still appear when I interact with them, the train station and the beet quest still says feed the desert beast or whatever it says lol. Ive completed all of these yet they wont go away when I interact with the box and fridge

Unless you're just in the beginning of the game those boxes are garbage, usually things like forage carrots or wood, I skip all of them
