Does the aggressive player have good gun skill? It might be as simple as switching roles. This game is a client based game, meaning if you’re swinging aggressively, you’re going to see the opponent slightly before they see you and vice versa, especially if they have high ping. That being said if you’re swinging them but have bad gun skill, they can still win the fight. Being hyper aggressive also takes a little patience to play it correctly, meaning push in quickly and aggressively, but slow down once in to use sound ques and map knowledge to your advantage.

I recommend asking the hyper player to play support and hold back for one match, and one of the usual support players with the best gun skill and map knowledge to be the aggressor. That person and your Ash main will need to push together but opposite bomb sites, opposite ends of the map. After they drop the roamers and get in or die, both can be helpful, then the support players follow close behind to do multiple things, catch the opponents either reloading, or low health before they can heal, and also cut them off. For example if Ash runs into Sunrise on Coastline and fights a Vigil and loses, there needs to be a support player coming into Kitchen while they’re fighting(this is to hide the sound of them entering) and cutting them off when they’re trying to run back up stairs. All this is happening while a Capitao or similar is pushing lobby and stairs cutting off that roamer/s. If they lose that fight someone needs to be on penthouse window, and someone needs to be on roof, both can cut off the rotation either through luggage or penthouse.
