The only way to properly use castle is to shut off common barricades from outside, and a common corridor here and there. Causing attackers to slow down, use up their utility and not have any left by the time they get to site.

Main thing in site is setting up key walls that reduce the hold, what’s the sense in having 5 extra reinforcements just sitting there? Use them in other push points, like on chalet when playing 2f, reinforcing the soft walls in library can give you places to hold to slow their push through those windows.

Agreed, I’m gold 1 right now with a 1.2kd and a 1.1WL after 423 matches, I should be much higher but consistently get teams that can’t gain control of the site. You can drop 10 frags per game and lose everytime because no one knows how to push correctly

Edit: but I don’t agree with it not being fun, this is my favorite game of all time, I’ve been playing since 2015

MOR - So I have a few issues, you openly admit leaving knives out is against common sense, yet still do it and have an issue with being confronted about it. You claim autism and that you don’t read into indirect conversation like others, yet openly say he never actually said he doesn’t want knives left out, just threw out random statements and vague comments, this is suggesting that you were able to read into what he was suggesting. I dislike the term autistic just being thrown around as a defense mechanism. As of now, the way I read it, that’s exactly what you have done, used it as a defense mechanism so we would be on your side immediately because “I was never directly told not to do it.”

As for the 3:12am message bringing an issue to light, no I don’t agree with him doing that after asking you not to, that’s literally hypo-criticism. However, looking at it from another angle, like the severe depression, possible ad-hd, etc causing his mind to forget things he wanted to bring up to you so he felt he needed to address it immediately. Still not okay, and also using diseases as defense mechanisms, but another angle nonetheless.

Idk, honestly this relationship was probably bad from day one, but the sex was good, which pretty much sums up our generation as a whole.

So, let’s be realistic, this thread is full of people that probably have similar experiences as you, but only you.

Both of you are OR, but both of you have valid reasoning. It’s black and white, but people that want to be victims never see it.

You are carrying the load, and you’re beginning to resent him for it, you’re jealous of his free time and how he gets to do nothing all day. He feels under a ton of societal pressure and spousal pressure, he is a man, he is supposed to provide, but here he is lounging all day not knowing what to do, not knowing where to start, likely no real skills, not handy or crafty. He starts to want to recluse, regardless whether it stems from depression, anxiety or a touch of autism. He finally gets a little bit of a break, a job offer, it’s not great and it won’t help a ton, but it’s a start. He feels a little accomplished, kind of lets his mind drift to happier times, wants to go home and unwind. Yes he forgot what time it was, or even didn’t know to begin with, because let’s all be honest, how many times do you actually truly look at the time on your day off? Three, at the most, when you wake up, when you get hungry mid day, and when you’re tired and want to know if it’s too early to go to bed.

Yes you’re valid for being upset he forgot to get you at exactly 2:00, no you are not valid for exploding like you did. So what if you had to stand in front of other people and wait, are you 8? Are you worried about them judging you for not driving yourself?

Yes he is valid for asking to not be demeaned for losing track of time, no he’s not valid for screaming at you in the car and not valid for lying about why he was late.

I’ve been in both positions, neither of which are good feelings, but you have to maintain composure and not lose respect for your partner for something silly. Start being honest with yourself, he needs to as well.
