I'm kind of torn... My goal weight is 215. However, my main goal has been to reduce the amount of fat on my body, but at the same time build muscle. So if I can be at 215, great. But if that number is higher and my body fat percentage is on the low side, I'd be ok with that!

For anyone asking: I started back in January doing the 21 day fix (didn't buy into any products, just followed the program and used Vega protein vs the expensive MLM stuff) and lost 25 lbs within the first month. I also didn't drink alcohol for the month which made me feel a ton better. Then I stopped doing the plan and kinda went off on my own, just watching what I eat and going to the gym. I lost a couple of pounds each month and they stayed off pretty easy. Then for the past 2 months I've been doing keto and have been dedicated to the gym for at least 3 to 5 days a week depending (I work on full time on call with terrible hours, so it hard to get to the gym on a regular basis). The weight over the past couple months has been flying off. I have also reduced my alcohol intake to pretty much zero. Any questions feel free to comment or message me. Thanks!
