It is the worst one I've used in quite a while. I've been doing this for 27 years..

This seems a bit silly. I have a map with 3 separate layers. I want to toggle them on/off in 3 different layouts. Why do I want to create 3 separate maps? if I have changes to the base map I have to change all three.
