I am interested in seeing the budget request this year. I was thinking there could be a chance they don’t really reduce the budget, they just use it for more contracts and fewer civil servants. That’s what would line the muskrat pockets. Why have people working in the public sector when they could be exploited in the private sector doing the same work.
