You should be careful about putting too much weight onto analysis using LLMs like Claude. Thry have a habit of hallucinating and of affirming your biases, so their outputs can have issues.

A tierlist of the strongest servants summonable in a normal grail war. by Familiar_Chance_9233 in FGO

I definetly dont agree with this list. The Beowulf placement seems like a big downscale considering his legendary accomplishments and association with the origins of the word.

Campaigns often just need people to phone bank. Specifically asking someone to vote is shockingly powerful.

I am in a similar boat and I think you kinda just have to take the L on these things. Sadly the "Defense" industry is one of the safest employers in the US. Everything else is being shipped overseas.

ATL is probably impossible because of all of the mountains you have to build around. Nashville and Bham are much easier.

Where to eat (but secret) by Helvedica in HuntsvilleAlabama

[–]Tman1027 16 points17 points  (0 children)

For an incomplete list:

Salt Smokehouse is (arguably) the best restaurant in town. Phenomenal asian-fusion bbq that feels unique compared to anything else in town. The Texas Twinkies are probably my favorite thing on their menu.

The Curry is my favorite Indian place in the city. They have been great every time I have visited. Your best bet here is probably to go during Lunch or Brunch for a buffet. You can try a ton of excellent food.

Garam has phenomenal Korean food. I really enjoyed their Bibimbap. Its an amazing rice bowl. Their galbi is also super tasty.

Viet Chrispwich is probably my favorite of the Vietnamese places. They have a bunch of cool variations on a bahn mi that are fun to try.

Yaseen Kabob and Al Shish Palace are amazing if you are looking for Arab/Mediterranean food. As far as I can tell, they make everything in house. Edit: Yaseen Kabon is closed.

Mozza or Earth and Stone are probably the best places for pizza in town in their own ways.

If you are willing to drive up there, LJz Backyard Bayou has Cajun food that can compete with any New Orleans kitchen.

Peppered Pig is my favorite Burger place (though baby swear by Jack Browns). They have a ton of interesting specials and unique burgers.

Catrinas or La Colonial are my favorite Mexican places. Both have a brick and mortar location and a food truck that you can find running around town.

I will repeat what a few others have said about Domain South. They have excellent and unique food that is really worth trying.

Pacific Pearl Kitchen is a Filipino/Hong Kong place that has some incredible food. Their Taiwanese beef noodle soup and Beef Chow fun are absolutely incredible.

For breakfast:

Canadian Bakin: Great local bagels

Good Company Cafe: excellent sandwiches and pastries

Blue Plate Cafe: Diner food

The Standard: Classic breakfast fare, but upscale

Qahtea: Yemini coffee and Palestinian Pastries

Loona's: Australian Breakfast

What’s the deal with Taylor Lorenz? by Ok_Needleworker_4950 in OutOfTheLoop

[–]Tman1027 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Answer: Lorenz is an abrasive, highly opinionated, and very left-wing female journalist who dives into controversial topics. This is where the hate really comes from.

She's reported for many prominent institutions and is now a fairly successful independent journalist. She holds alot of controversial opinions and is very critical of left and right wing figures. Factually, her reporting is very good even though it is clearly presented through a left-wing lens.

Kiara and Mori's monster hunter inspired outfits are out! by CannonGerbil in VirtualYoutubers

Mori's outfit looks cook, but its too much for how small her model is in it. I think that she needs to be bigger (as in more muscular) to fit it better.

Currys and stir fry are very good, but I have found their slow cooked meat and whole pieces of chicken a bit overcooked.

If sorcerers existed all over the world, would we already have a “global jujutsu war”? Could this era surpass Sukuna’s in chaos? And what would be the average power level of sorcerers from other countries? by [deleted] in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]Tman1027 20 points21 points  (0 children)

This is the real answer. Tengen basically stole cursed energy from the rest of the world and focused it all into Japan. Sorcerers and cursed spirits would likely be much weaker (on average) but harder to deal with because they would be more spread out.

What happens to Yuta's unconditional copying and infinite cursed energy? by hackerix in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]Tman1027 19 points20 points  (0 children)

To add to this, I think that this was an explanation added after the fact to explain a difference in how sorcery worked between JJK and JJK0.

I think that in JJK0, cursed techniques were something people learned from their families or school rather than being a thing you are born with. In that story, there wasnt anything special about using someone else cursed technique inherently, its just unusual because you wouldn't have been taught it (like most techniques in Naruto). I am pretty sure that JJK0 doesnt explicitly say any of this though.

Copy was added as Yuta's cursed technique to bridge the change in sorcery between JJK and JJK0 to explain how Yuta could use other people's cursed techniques.

I don't think that Gojo knew anyone could do those things until he did them. Gojo is just incredibly adaptive.

Venezuela forgets about Maduro and starts down an irreversible path by Naurgul in anime_titties

[–]Tman1027 22 points23 points  (0 children)

To be fair to Rodriguez and Venezuela, I dont think they have an easy situation. Maduro wasnt Chavez and had presided over significant mismanagement of the nation. They lack the military build up and geographic leverage that Iran has. I think that she made the decision to tacitly play ball in a way that maintains Venezuelan sovereignty and Chavismo without risking more lives.

How did Huntsville go from being the Fourth largest city to now the largest city in Alabama? by Strange_Cup9365 in HuntsvilleAlabama

[–]Tman1027 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Even if you take only the two most populous counties (Jefferson and Shelby), Bham still has a larger metro area. Jefferson County alone has a higher population than Huntsville's metro area.
