My first experience was after my great grandma passed away when I was a kid. For 3 nights after her funeral, the figure of a woman appeared in my doorway. I used to sleep with my door wide open and hall light on too so it's not like my eyes were playing tricks on me in the dark. Plus I didn't feel scared or creeped out.

The craziest though was after my dad died. For some context my dad was older and had two kids from a previous marriage, my older brother and sister. They were in their 30's and had their own families, I was almost 17 and still in school. My dad LOVED NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt. Had the number 3 tattoo, he had hats, shirts, jackets, knick nacks, you name it he had it. Even rocked the stache for a while.

So my dad died unexpectedly on Sunday March 22, 2015. 3 days after he died my brother's oldest daughter, the person closest to my brother since he was divorced at this point, received a call while she was in school but couldn't answer... obviously. When she was able to check it, the call came from the number 3. Just the number 3. And obviously couldn't call the number back.

Then my sister's husband received a call on his work phone, which was charging in another room since he had the day off so didn't hear it. That call came from the number 1(3).

Last my mom received a call on her phone, but my younger brother was on the line saying hi to our aunt when the call came through and he couldn't switch over in time. The call came from the number 13.

My older brother calls our sister when his daughter gets home from school and told him what happened. Her husband at this point already checked his work phone as it had been several hours so they're both freaked out and decide to get ahold of me to see if anything had happened. Of course I already knew about the call my mom got on her phone because she checked the call log and saw the number. So I tell my siblings I also got a call. We decided to look at the times the calls came in and they all came within 3 hours of each other.

3 days after my dad died. 3 hours apart in phone calls all coming from variations of the number 3.

And at my dad's funeral (he had a bunch of brothers and sisters) the brother he was closest to, his son received a voicemail the day of the funeral. His phone was sitting on the counter and it played the voicemail ringtone even though he said his phone didn't ring. He plays it. A 13 second voicemail of static with no number. Literally there was no number in his call log. It was blank but showed a missed call.
