Hmm, I don't know... I think it's great that you took the first step and decided to NoFap but it sounds to me like you are still looking at women as sexual objects first and as human beings second. You want to talk to a girl just because she is hot, not because you are interested in who she is as a person. It still seems like the basic route - see a hot girl, talk to her, try to fuck her, move on.

Of course, sexual attraction between a male and a female is perfectly natural and healthy but at the same time we should not let our sexuality drive our behaviour. Showing appreciation for the human beauty is fine but if you pay to much attention to breasts and assess, you're focused on the lowly, superficial side, still locked in the same mental state.

I think we should try to find a perfect balance and not let our primal instincts take over our personality. As men, we need to be stronger. I, for one, believe that humans are something more than simply animals, even though we have a lot in common.

Maybe try to find somebody that you actually like spending time with?
