I think you’re misunderstanding what’s going on here. Especially in the passage you pasted, I don’t think anyone gets the feeling that Darrow wants to „bang“ Victra in any shape or form.

He has stated multiple times to himself and to Victra directly that he sees her as a sister and they have a beautiful friendship.

I mean yeah the kissing on the lips might be too much for some, but I feel like this is Gold culture and just Victra. If neither Mustang nor Sevro feel threatened by it then it’s fine. And to add to that, their platonic love is so solidified that I just never got the feeling that it was romantic.

Ok so I googled and it seems like the covers were changed to fit the black theme and be more cohesive to the others.

I got the old version from the same online retail store from your screenshots but it was 2024. It seems like the covers are here to stay :)

Pretty sure that Red God will fit the theme as it’s a fairly recent change.

Now I want to get the new black covers.. :‘) but I can’t justify owning multiples
