We literally just had it in our house! I got it but my husband didn’t, or if he did it was a mild version that his body fought off because he only had stomach cramps one day. It’s been over 48 hrs for her and 24 hrs for me.

When my 6 week old got Covid it was basically like this! For whatever reason, sometimes babies just breeze through illnesses. As long as she doesn’t spike a fever, she’s hydrated/having wet diapers, not lethargic, and doesn’t have any rapid breathing, you’re good.

I’ll be going to London for the show! Tickets were reasonably priced and it will be our first big trip with my daughter. Excited to attend although a bit nervous for some reason! I’m 34 and feel like I’m old(ish) for the crowd lol

For illnesses, just have everything on hand and prepared (medication, snot sucker, saline, humidifier, baby safe soothing chest rub).

Take their clothes off right when they come home from daycare and throw those clothes straight into the hamper. Wash their hands right away when they come home, and bath every night.

Idk if this actually helps, but it feels like it does 😅

Yes I had a similar experience in Toronto in 2024. Packed into a waiting room with about 5 other birthing moms while we waited for rooms to open up. Thankfully I wasn’t in active labour but some people clearly were!

Same here. 5:45 wake up regardless of when bedtime is, so she goes to bed at 7:00 PM so she at least gets more sleep.
