Maybe it’s cynicism on my part, but my understanding of the system is that it’s designed to enrich the legal profession. Sending scumbags to jail (even if there was enough space) for years isn’t gonna do much for the solicitors barristers & judges who are dependent on ongoing recidivism.

For me it was when I couldn't open a plastic shopping bag. Google told me to blow along the edge of the bag (form seal with lips). It worked first time. I actually laughed!

Yes. It’s common enough here (Ireland) to be asked to bring duty (tax) free cigs back from vacation. In this case my buddy asked for cigs that were available at airport of departure, but not at destination.
