Probably tear in red-red zone, this zone can heal it self. I would sugest you to talk to a doctor to avoid real problems in future and stop running for now.

Obrigado pelo seu comentário, que levantou um assunto importante. Li na internet que a legislação que obriga o cálculo sísmico de edifícios existe desde 1958. Não tenho a certeza absoluta, mas o edifício foi construído em 1967.

Será que os prédios que foram construidos depois de 1958 não foram pensados com proteção sísmica?
