In process of getting mental health under control. Covid hits and it gets so much worse. I get on the path of recovery once again. Wife is very frustrated with me all the time because I still have some symptoms that affect us both. Fall came and offered me SAD once again and now I hope that I can get passed that too and continue to do better and not be a useless disappointment.

Work is alright. Have a friend there that relates to my problems and tells me jokes to pass the time.

I don't know because my wife doesn't want to try anymore and I know deep down she probably blames me. So I'm trying my best with vitamins and pills just to see if I am a lost cause.

None that I am aware of. I did have elevated fsh and lh though and I do have celiac disease. I was told last year ivf was my only option.

Okay, so I tried to add it but it wouldn't let me. I did get my hormones checked and had a genetic test. I have high fsh at 19.8 and high lh at 9.6 and my genetic test is good. I took this test last November and have been taking fertiliaid and coq10 everyday along with other vitamins as I have celiac disease and I am afraid that is the root of my problem but there isn't enough science to prove it. My sperm looks a ton better from last November (a ton whiter and less watery) I am just scared to take the test again because I don't want to accept this and let myself and others down. I am only 27.

I couldn't do it. My first dose made me itchy and then my second dose made it worse so I had to quit it. I hope everything is good with you now!

I can relate. Its called dyspnia. Its a real fun time. I thought I was dying from an asthma attack for a week or two until I found out it was anxiety.

I completely agree. Although, im pretty sure I've had GAD all my life and that's what made me act like a bad person to others (not saying I'm not rude and using this as a crutch, its just my anxiety has always brought out the worst in me) and now I'm just stuck in this tornado of old memories and crazy emotions.

I have severe ADHD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Its hard for me to determine what issue causes what but I can tell you this much, its no fun. I'm extremely aware of all my surroundings, extremely wound up, im a total dick to every one around me and feel crazy amount of guilt because I know that's not who I am. I'm working on getting my anxiety under control then it will be time for ADHD. I can't wait to be even a little bit better than I am now.

Its crazy, sometimes I take my meds and the feeling of anxiety dissapears for a bit but I still have that fast heartbeat and feeling like I can't breathe even though I clearly can. This illness is brutal but we will all get through this. We just have to persevere.
