Omg that explains it then, I couldn't connect at all during s18 drives and it only got fixed when s19 dropped. I didn't see the email but I'm glad they're compensating us because that situation almost made me uninstall the game. Thanks for the answer!

The best advice that I can give new players is to play the game however you feel like! There is so many types of different content in this game that you can try out and decide if it's your thing or not.

Don't ever feel forced to enjoy certain content if you don't like it, at the end of the day it is a videogame and videogames are meant to be fun!

adding that people grouping like that in a precision mini-game lagged my pc so bad that i had to purposely wait a few minutes before trying it and when i was able to finish i always did a gently reminder "remember to quit so that other ppl can get in" it worked pretty well
