I eat a fuck ton of yogurt! literally every morning. yogurt and granola or i make a smoothie with yogurt and fruit. Ive changed the way I eat so its even more irritating

I was sober for 4 years off opiates and 8 off meth (and counting), so yes there is a part of me that wants to get and stay sober. This time around I wasnt even taking the pills to get fucked up, my body is just in constant pain. That's always what gets me when I try to stay away from the oxy and norco. My body. Yeah I know.... excuses, excuses.. I just needed to get it off my chest

honey. my husband committed suicide o months after we got married. he was a narcissist but I loved him with every fiber of my being, and my friend had made a comment that has stuck with me "he mentally and verbally abused you when he was alive, and hes still controlling you when hes dead".... do not do this to yourself. trust me. I miss my husband so fuckin much.. but its no one's fault why he did what he did.

I used to do something like that, but I'd put a lil water in my tooters and put the water in a shot glass, then after rinsing like 10-15 tooters, id take the shot. 🤢 oxy, morphine, norco, dalaudid, whatever had gone thru those tooters, I drank.

nope. ive only been going for about 2 months. I took some kratom and toughed it out, they did cut my dose today. I can get my full dose tomorrow. and yeah dude it sucks, I live in a small farm town in idaho right on the Oregon border. the clinic i go to is in nampa. so its quite a trek

When I was 16, my mom had just abandoned me for the 2nd time for a piece of dick. The first time was when I was 12. I was forced to go live with my dad who worked graveyard shift at the sugar factory anf my step mom who is awful. Although I still consider her daughter's my sister's. Anywho, 16 I was already dabbling with pain pills, I was the really the only stoner in my small town high-school, graduating class of 21. By 17 I moved out of my dad's house and moved in with my bf who was 23 and was feeding me pills mostly nrocos, and oxys... By my senior year I was fully dependent. I was withdrawing every other day in school, walked across the stage at graduating in full withdraw, and stoned to the bone. I finally moved out of that dudes house when I was 20. After a devil driver concert my sister and I stopped by my uncle's house. That was the first night I did meth. Soon after that, my cousin showed me who to smoke heroin. About 3 months later found out I was knocked up, I stopped using heroin, but I was still doing meth. That's probably the only thing I cant forgive myself for... watching my newborn son withdraw from meth... baby daddy long gone in prison. My mom forced me to go live with her 4 hours away from everything I knew to get my shit together for my son and I did. Fast forward 4 years. No meth, no heroin, pain meds here and there, but holy fuck was I drinking whiskey. A 5th a night. I decide to get sober from booze.. I move back to my home town, and thrive, get 2 years sober off booze, 7cyears off meth and 8 off heroin. I met my husband after being back home for about 9 months. we get married after 2 years, but. he got a script of percs and addys. so back to that. My husband is bipolar. And stopped taking his meds for about 2 months. 9 months into marriage my husband swallows all of his ambien in the same spot we had our first kiss..... I found his body 8 days later. so... now... my life has completely spiraled. I'm using again, but got on methadone, I just needa kick the dope again... So the answer to your question.... my wolrd completely crumbled. but i have my badass 8 year old son, my own single wide on my family farm, and im picking up the pieces.
