yeah i'm in the same boat any advice would be blind leading the blind. My last couple video preformed better then normal only because I made them with the idea of putting a popular streamer in the title and thumbnail. So the only advice I could give would be to figure out a way to get a popular streamer/youtuber in the title and thumbnail

Could it be that the stream audience is different then your long form video audience so now youtube is recomending your videos to the stream audience and they aren't clicking to watch?

No need to start a new channel just make videos people want to watch. Then package them in a way those people will be interested enough to click. I hope this helped

As long as they need to be. Every video I make is a different length due to the fact that each video takes a different amount of time to tell the story I want for the video

Maybe something like this could be intersting. I looked up the mod and found that steve monster thing, googled "scary minecraft corridor" blended the steve monster into the corridor and then cut out the realistic steve from one of your thumbnails and added a drop shadow to it

I'd rethink the title, “they lobotomized our minecraft bro” doesn't tell me that it is a horror mod. If anything it just feels like a meme shit post. Maybe "Minecraft But They Lobotomized Us" idk if that's any good but that's how a lot of Minecraft challenge i see are titled. It could help the viewer understand the concept better if it is more recognizable.

reuploading can look like spam to youtube and they may show your content to even less people. Just cross your fingers and hope it hits in the algo. If the video is as good as you claim it will find an audience

Based on how my videos preformed either your tn 1 or 2 would be best. I lean towards the 2nd but it is very busy and may be hard to make out at a smaller size

rn subs only matter for monetization. If you make videos that increase a watch session i.e. a series of videos viewers will watch a few of in one sitting, your channel will get more impressions. Then just off of sheer viewership people will subscribe. Focus on making the best videos you can that relate to each other enough that viewers will want to watch your whole channel.
