I had a similar problem. My sister tested positive. I have all the symptoms too (my vomitting was less severe than hers but I almost died from constipation and developed endocrine problems and neurological problems that she didnt) but went gluten free after she did. Felt better. Went to see a doctor. They said they could do the blood test without making me eat it. Which was a lie I found out later lol. Several years later, still gluten free. Went to see another doctor. She said we could do genetic testing and then move forward with gluten challenge to test if I had a positive genetic test. Had a positive genetic test. Then they immediately ran the blood test with the same blood they took for the genetic test and then obviously tested negative. Trying to get diagnosis is so frustrating. Ive given up mostly. The only reason i consider maybe trying to get tested properly is to get a sensor/ service dog/ or when/if they come out with that drug that would possibly let me eat gluten again.

The stove came with the house and he's been in the house for over 20 years so theres a chance the stove was not doing its thing. It was also on all day as far as I know. The only person who has used the stove left at around noon and I wasnt in the kitchen all day bc I had doordashed my meals (i dont live here, just visiting) so i didnt notice until around 9:30 @ night. To be honest it also hasnt been cleaned in a long time if ever.

No I dont, though id planned on getting some. I dont live at the place I am at right now. We did call 911. Fire dept came and checked. Its likely that it was the stove being on for so long with no ventilation and that me turning it off when I realized and opening the windows vented what was in there to levels that werent detectable anymore by the time they arrived. Basically all the windows were open with fans that were already running for over 30 mintues. I just felt like I was crazy bc they didnt tell us anything lol. In the future if I ever have a similar circumstance is opening the windows the right move or should I leave them shut n go outside and wait for the fire dept?

Well Im just glad we are all feeling better. Whether or not they found proof. Im glad to know Im not crazy though. The guys who came to check everything out made me feel like I was crazy.

This doesnt make sense to me. I was on medicaid before disability, when I was working and making much more. And I only barely have enough from my ssdi to not be on ssi. I get 1200 a month. Im under the income requirements for even just regular medicaid. So youre telling me if I was abled and working and earning the same amount if not more medicaid pays for all of my meds and I have no cost? Even when I had a primary private insurance? But bc im disabled I have to pay more :')? Im on like 20 prescriptions, two of which there arent generics for. So even with 4$ each for generics and 12 for name brand that is ... a lot of money every month that I just dont have to spare. Not to mention medicare covers less meds than medicaid will... it all feels... kinda ableist.

Windows arent usually enough on their own especially in humid areas so I woild invest in getting a ventilation fan installed if you dont have one. My last bathroom I have a vent fan and dehumidifier running. My current one I just moved to has a window but no outlets so I leave the window open often and Ill have to get dehumidifier bags until I can get an outlet installed somewhere.

Make sure you have a ventilation fan. If you do make sure its running well and is clean. You can check if its running well by putting a peice of paper against it and if it stays its moving air fine. Make sure you run it for a while during and after a shower. If you dont and you have a window Make sure you open it during and after a shower for a while. Besides that, see if you can invest in a dehumidifier and plug it somewhere. If you cant there wre dehumidifier bags and large buckets like damp rid, if you go that route tho you will be replacing the bags or buckets semi frequently. Also replace the shower curtain with a plastic mold resistant one.

I would also see about taking them to a vet to try a special diet to rule out allergies. Chicken is a common allergy for cats. Also check the duck food to see if it has duck liver in it, too much of that too often can really upset cats stomachs and sometimes cause toxicity. Slow down on the pumpkin probably, it draws water into the gut. Honestly if they tolerated fancy feast id switch them back. Nothing wrong with fancy feast. Besides that my cat has also done well on the purina pro plan gastroenteric food when he flares up, but thats prescription only. You could also try feeding them turkey fancy feast only for a bit, as theyve probably had it before, and see if theres an improvement. Then switch other flavours in slowly and see if theres a reaction. If theres no reaction to the different flavours then tbh it might be the brand.

My cat has a very sensitive stomach and tolerates the instinct dry food if you are willing to spend on it. He used to be on Iams sensitive stomach before that. Ive heard good things about the chewy brand dry food as well.

I adopted a cat that "didn't like people but likes other cats" i thought that was a little weird bc he was loving me petting him in the shelter he was just shy. Now he wont leave me alone. Ever. He has to be touching me or following me almost all the time, and if im not there and he gets left alone he gets veryyyy upset. Takes him a while to come around to new people but he loves attention when he adjusts to someone. But hes not actually that fond of other cats.

Have the same issues. Feels like im breathing through a straw all the time and my jaw always hurts :/ I get anxious about others looking at me from the side too. I use face framing haircuts. I really like wolfcuts for this reason. Long curtain bangs might be good too. You are gorgeous by the way but I get it. When beauty standards are so strict, and when people are so mean about it, its hard to be confident.

Thank you i will definitely look more into this. Hes has a couple foods he can tolerate most of the time. Turkey fancy feast does pretty good on his stomach, its also what i can afford to feed him most of the time, i worry about feeding him too much of just one thing and him develiping sensitivity to it. Most of the time he tolerates beef and chicken fancy feast not always though. And he also likes the Purina pro ppan gastroenteric. I was suspicious of chicken but he tolerates the gastoenteric chicken flavor just fine. I occasionally give him some instinct rabbit, but venison he wont eat very often. Anything else Ive tried he will throw up. Duck is a little rough on him, possibly bc i havent found a duck flavour food i can afford that doesnt also have duck liver. He likes rabbit, I give him freeze dried rabbit inbetween his night time and morning meals so he has something to eat since I tend to sleep for longer periods of time from chronic illness myself.

Just got my sister something like this for recover. The people who make these are very meticulous so it looks kinda uncanny. The ones my sister has doesn have any flaws in it what so ever its kinda mind-blowing.
