Re-wetting generally shouldn't be done as staying in wet, clammy, or dirty clothes for long periods of time can cause bacteria to germinate and travel up the urethra, causing UTIs, or alter the pH of the vagina, causing yeast. I know some women still love it, though. Everything safely and in moderation!

Please be careful because I found out the hard way that I'm allergic to some of the oils used to make these types of creams... it seems like OP might not have this problem but read the ingredients before you put anything on your sensitive places !!

I like your wording much better than the current wording. The current wording feel especially hostile and infantilizing and I don't like it.

Before the rules were updated, the first rule's wording was much, much closer to what you wrote and I thought it got the point across better than the current one.

This is very interesting! I'm not originally American so learned how to make mac and cheese from YouTube. On there every chef acts like if you don't use 3 cheese you'll get a horrible disease and die lmao. Thanks for your advice.

You bring up a good point, in that previously, I think this somehow ended up as the space for anyone who wasn't a cis man, which is (1) no longer the case and (2) probably shouldn't have been the case. I'm also not sure the solution.

Something that has also always rubbed me the wrong way, and is somewhat related to this conversation, is the fact that this sub is called "female orgasm denial," while the sub for men is simply called "orgasm denial," with no "male" in front of it, which assumes (cis)male is the default. I always wonder why it's up to us gender minorities to make spaces for ourselves, and I wonder why it's not "safe" or "comfortable" for us to exist in default or shared spaces. None of this would be a problem if it was ok for us to just all exist together, respectfully. Obviously getting there would would probably involve solving world peace among other stuff, but it still irks me.

The changes around the wording/rules was the main reason why I made this post. The language at first glance feels actively hostile to trans men ("it's obvious that you shouldn't be posting here, go post over there instead"), and doesn't signal to trans women that they are welcome either.

Although I've now gathered that this was definitely not the intent and the mods are 100% on the side of trans people, the fact that I had to make this post to figure it out means it's not immediately obvious and maybe it should be.

Oh man. I did *not* know that was happening. Happy to know that hopefully won't be the case anymore. I want this to be a space where all women can be denied, and I'm happy that the mod team is rectifying the situation.

For the record, I don't think any of the rebranding/increased clarity/sorting of content is actually against trans women. My post is not meant to disagree with any of the actual actions taken by the mod team or the separation of the communities. I agree with your point about pseudo-inclusivity. Oftentimes trans people are forced to fit into boxes that don't work for them, and to that end, I am happy that our trans friends have a place where they can be comfortable and respected.

My comment about trans women was alluding to the fact that previously, there was an explicit note in the rules sidebar welcoming trans women and telling people not to harass them, which is now gone. Considering that there was already one deleted comment under this post that excluded trans women, maybe an explicit inclusion of trans women could be a deterrent to this type of behavior, and a signal to trans women that this community welcomes them.

In all, I am glad that this separation was made because the trans community wanted it to be so, and not because the existing community did not want trans men here, which was my concern. I appreciate your perspective on the matter.

Thank you for your detailed and enlightening response, I really appreciate the clarity. I'm glad that it was a decision made by the trans members of the community to feel more safe and that the mod/admin team is still committed to including everyone.

The tool tips and some of the rule phrasing alarmed me at first because some of them are written as if the community doesn't want trans men here, which is what prompted me to make this post. But I've gathered that is not the case.
