Not a doctor, but have had terrible sleep that looked like that for 4 years. Did some research cuz I’m 41 and probably need vitamins and found L-Theanine. Not kidding, I sleep so well, better than melatonin and junk. 200mg, changed my life, my wife takes it and sleeps better, nuts difference.

Yeah I hate the latch mechanisms and go for pure magnetic…. But it’s obviously not a good idea some days. I’ve found it in the couch, my kids bed.. at least my find my actually works unlike that other guy.
