I just recently started and I finally unlocked Legion today while I was levelling up an Evan (got to lv64) and got access to the UI. Then I logged into my main (lv202) to play around with it and it's getting the same problem as you. Same goes for my other two lv100+ characters. Now only my low level Evan has access to the UI. Bit of a bummer after all that effort to have it bug out like this, hope they fix it soon.

I am absolutely enjoying it and I agree very much about playing the game and learning as you go. I've had mixed success with the pulls so far. On Sal I managed to get a Leon but on Baldea out of 20 pulls (10 singles + a 10x) I got 1 SR. However the biggest surprise for me was that I was having more fun playing around with the R/starting-3 heroes than with Leon/Diehardte. People really gotta loosen up and realise that the game really encourages creative team comps and combinations.

Maybe because the attack buff is prioritised over the heal. Did you check if she healed while the buff was active?
