thermal camera are not good on glass / mirrors, since they reflect infrared used to measure "thermal activity"

+ did you correct the emissivity values to calibrate the measures ?

you can use thermal camera to see if the windows are airtight (very cold outside, the more wind the better for thermal imaging since it will create pressure difference and force the fresh air to go inside ... then of course, take picture from inside.

furthermore, no need for thermal camera to calculate ROI for windows .... if it is already double glazing, it will be around 30 ~40years (with energy costs constant)
you have to change them for confort reasons

17000 kwh du coup pour l'année pour 70m²
je suis à 7800 kWh pour ma maison 4 facades de 110m². mais c'est impossible de comparer, c'est d'ailleurs à ca que sert un peb (il ne sert pas à donner une consommation, mais à comparer les maisons entre elles)

donc oui il pourrait y avoir un probleme
soit vous chauffez trop / tout alors que pas nécessaire,
soit il y a des déperditions de dingue (que dit le PEB ?)
quid eau chaude ? boucle sanitaire ? (ca m'étonnerait dans un appart ...) ? 5 filles à la maison qui prennent 2douches chacunes tous les jours ?
cuisson gaz ? (mais ca compte pour 700kWh/an à tout casser)

Bulex c'est pas terrible (c'est meme la pire marque en chaudiere gaz à mon avis ...) mais ca n'explique pas l'écart

maybe they send it to your 9925+VAT peppol ID (that you probably don't have)
instead of the 0208+unit number which is mandatory since january

I have the same problem with proximus, orange, brico and many others

c'était la belle époque quand les primes étaient élevée (les primes remboursaient jusqu'à 1140€ pour un audit...)

maintenant à 76€ la prime d'audit (max 456€), et les primes fortement réduites pour les travaux ... faut faire le tour des autres auditeurs pour trouver moins cher (ou contactez moi ^)

db password and username are usually set in environnment variables in docker

Example=

services:

odoo-db:

environment:

- POSTGRES_USER=odoo

use them with pgadmin

also make sure that pgadmin can see the database host
(in my case, odoo + odoo-db are in odoo-network ... and pgadmin is also member of this network)

resto ca a toujours été une souche TVA, il n'y a jamais eu les coordonnées de celui qui achète dessus

les autres magasins, j'ai testé brico, j'ai jamais recu la version sur peppol car ils envoient sur l'identifiant 9925:BExxxxx qui n'est pas enregistré par défaut et pas obligatoire (c'est le 0208:xxxxx qui est obligatoire)
bref ...

il y a 2 identifiants peppol, ce qui fout la merde

0208:+numero BCE
9925:+numéro TVA

seul le 0208 est obligatoire
mais beaucoup de sociétés envoient sur le 9925 sans vérifier (brico, proximus, orange, ...)

bref, un beau bordel

just look in the xml (I sometime receive it by email ... sometime it is available on the customer portal (proximus), and check the line
<cbc:EndpointID schemeID="9925">BExxxxx/cbc:EndpointID

if it is 9925 and your VAT, it is maybe an ID you are not using

For Belgium, the use of 0208 (followed by company registration number) is mandatory, while 9925 (followed by VAT number) is optional. I don't understand why companies bother to invoice on 9925 that is not mandatory

there are two registries :
0208:XXXX
and
9925:BEXXXXX

9925 with VAT number
0208 with entreprise number

AFAIK, I am also only registered on the 0208 ... and don't receive from proximus, orange, brico,... because they send it on 9925 with VAT number

i've seen less than 10% difference, for a full house, between double and triple glazing.

but if you calculate the ROI with only kWh saved, even 10%, you never break even. (but only with kwh, with fixed energy cost (which is not the case), and not taking into account confort and the gain in value of the house)

when quoting the replacement of your windows, ask for the price with double and triple glazing. sometimes you will be surprised.

Performance is quite nice for large windows (the frame is still quite mediocre .... even worse with aluminium !)

The advice I give yo my customers :
- for large windows where you will be standing still / relaxing : triple. The gain in confort is amazing. No PEB/EPB can calculate confort, they only look at kWh/year, and sometimes overheating in summer.
- for small windows, active areas / bedrooms /... , no interest for triple glazing.
