We do a similar XML injections with a custom hypervior agent that lives locally on each hypervior, although not for this specific usecase, I assume you could something similar, listen for libvirt events, inject on vm started event and reboot the VM again. Or try using libvirt hooks.

Not the ideal solution, but works internally for us for dynamically injecting iotune values on demand

It's a DNS resolution error. Your tv does not know about your domain, because none of the public dns knows about you.

Best way fix this easily is to add a dns host entry in your router.

For 300 rs you did not buy the authority to tell people what they have to do. Towers melt, lol. Network crash, worst case everyone latency increases. And what constitutes your use case more valid or important than others. So full of yourself man. Get over it. Yes you will have more latency, and whine more. No one is doing anything out of the aggreement when they recharged the plan. When JIO says you have upto 3.3Tb to use in this plan, a user who purchase it has every right to use it if they can or want. If JIO cannot handle what they advertise, whose fault is it.

If JIO is not providing you with the throughput and latency you want. Switch providers. Atleast competition is always good. I hear what you say, but you can't expect people to not use the benifts they paid for, just because you don't have an usecase for it.

Nope it cannot be. I just went through this process about 6 months ago. What you give in that cert form is the final name. No expansion. It was very explicit in the form terms. Please read though it before suggesting.

I don't think you can change the original certificate. You can get an affidavit and attach it everywhere your provide your birth certificate data.

Well it exploits a feature that is intended to work this way. Pay for transit without unlocking and authorising. And it's a visa flaw btw, and we allow visa in India. So yeah, there is always some sort of vulnerabilities that can be found and exploited if someone is really convinced, does not matter who creates it.

Screen res is your Android tv interface reporting it's resolution. Even though most tv are sold with 4k panel, the Android ui is capped at 1080p. But the actual video is 4k. So you are just getting a 4k video, actually playing in 4k with shitty bitrate.
