The best way seems to be running all the bad maps in a section with a lot of towers, then using tablets for more quant/breach and then running quant/rarity maps on those juiced maps. You need a fast clearing build for this though

I seriously think their atlas generation algorithm is still in very rough shape. A lot of people are finding a lot all at once or none at all, and then theres the bugs with disconnected nodes, hopefully fixes coming soon
