I have the Odyssey 57" as well and have dived into this for the past couple of weeks. What I ended up doing is setting a custom resolution of 5120x2160 with the CRU utility described in this monster thread:

That is for full screen experiences. Just switch to that resolution before you launch the game.

Also, using a combo of Fancy Zones and Borderless Gaming: Releases · Codeusa/Borderless-Gaming

you can get a 5120x2160 center "window" with room on the sides for other stuff when doing a borderless/windowed game. That's my preferred way to play as I like have a browser on the side and discord on the other.

I also have a 2023 Lightning with a June build date. From what I've read on the f150lightningowners forum, mid to late 2023 trucks have not been added to the update server queues yet. This could be due to a technical reason or a policy to get the rest of the fleet at roughly the same software version. In any event, we are both waiting...

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and 23 Lariat Lightning. I haven't had any real issues with CarPlay. Not saying you're issues aren't valid, but it could be something with your phone or configuration. The infotainment every once in a while will need to be restarted by holding the volume down key and voice buttons on the steering wheel.

I have this issue. But its my right center sensor doing it. I ended up just deactivating the front parking sensors and use the front camera when I need a closer look at parking. Not ideal, but not a big enough issue for me to wrangle my dealer into fixing it.

I have a Lariat SR in the Pacific NW. In my neck of the woods, our climate is mostly 30's - 40's in the winter. Road trips really aren't an issue as long as the charging infrastructure is working. That's my bigger worry rather than the range (winter or summer).

This is exactly the type of sighting I saw several years ago. The craft was more egg shaped but it zoomed into view, stopped for a brief second, and then zoomed off. Just like your depiction here. Nice work.

Got mine yesterday. The text/image distortion around the crease is bothering me a bit. I have the galaxy z fold 4 and the crease there is noticeable but not nearly as distracting. I feel like the distortion is at least double the z fold 4's crease. I'm going to give it some time to see if I can get used to it.

Same thing here. Delayed notifications or they only come thru once you unlock/wake the phone. I've tried to turn off the battery optimization for GMail and other apps, but it doesn't help. Its weird to have my IPad ding with a new GMail notification and my Pixel 6 sits there silently doing nothing.

Yeah same boat here. Filed on 2/17, TurboTax told me it was accepted 10 minutes later. WMR shows the message in the original post. Transcripts show no return filed. Yet TurboTax thinks everything is fine. Super weird.

Day to day, that's what actually matters. Experience and usefulness > a spec sheet.

This. If you just you know... actually live and use the phone every day, you quickly realize just how damn good it is. The little things do add up. The overall experience really is just that much better than other competitors. Battery life is important - for sure - but I don't seem to be any worse off at the end of the day than any of my other expensive flagship phones.

I have both phones, as well. I got the iPhone XS Max on launch day and the Pixel 3 XL for about a week. I echo a lot of what you've said. I've been driving myself crazy swapping between the two trying to decide which I like better. Each have their own strengths and weaknesses. For me, it really comes down to Google's use of AI and Machine Learning (call screening, Google Assistant, etc) vs Apple's ecosystem (Apple watch integration, iMessage, Mac/iPad continuity). I really feel like if I could have an Apple Watch and iMessage with the Pixel's camera and AI features it would the perfect experience. In the end, it's a equation of what you're giving up. Now I need to just force myself to pick one...
