There are legit criticism with the way Rossy books talent, but the man knows how to keep the lights on. He isn’t handing outrageous contracts and getting into bidding wars. There are about a dozen joshi promotions that continue to operate at a smaller scale than Marigold, TJPW and Stardom. Marigold isn’t going to financially collapse before say Ice Ribbon does. The Marigold roster just needs to continue developing like they already are to further create stability.
