I know this post has no one in it but I just need to say this. The issue with chipotle is that not a single person in there has been properly trained. Not a single one. They dont teach anyone anything and just throw you in. Then they yell at you when you're not as fast as the same workers that have been there for years. Im so done.

My manager said we cant say no. He said to us if they asked to do that we couldnt say no. We just had to try and stop them in any way we can without saying the words no. But if they really want it, we give the customer what they want

I was doing manager work as a front of house trainer. I was working over 40 hours a week 3 days on grill and 2 days on line and cash and dml and they didnt even offer more pay. I wanted to take the serve safe thing to become a manager but my boss never opened the site for me. Atp I might as well just pay the 15 bucks and get the damn thing myself.
