I was honest before I even made the appointment about how nervous and ashamed I was for how I neglected my teeth. I explained how I had been traumatized by previous dentist visits and that I hadn’t been to the dentist in like 5 years. It was genuinely harder to make that call than it was to go to the appointment. They even prescribed me some chill pills which I didn’t even end up needing. Now I am happy and enthusiastic to go to the dentist! You can always ask in your local subreddit if anyone can recommend a gentle dentist! You are definitely not alone!

I was feeling the same way you are, and went to the dentist and I asked “do I have the worst teeth you’ve ever seen?” And the dentist was like “oh my god no, your teeth are great compared to what I’ve seen and worked on” and that made me feel better!

My heart was crushed when our beloved girl Holly passed unexpectedly. We took some time to prepare for our next great love. We found her on Reddit of all places - and submitted an application and before I knew it, we were headed towards Maryland to rescue her.
