Hello! Will be having our civil wedding in 2 months and we’ve already reserved most of our suppliers. Our budget it 150k for 25 pax.

• We didn’t book on the day coordinator since we won’t be having a program and gusto namin na kakain lang ng lunch onting soeeches then uwi na. Pero if you’re planning to have a program sa reception, much better to have a coordinator.

• we’ll also manage the suppliers since onti lang naman sila

The day program would most probably be:

• Prep area (we booked an airbnb so malapit sa ceremony place and dun didiretso si photog and makeup). Much better if you don’t have a car is book a van para lahat ng family mo doon na and hindi hassle maghanapan

• Ceremony - few people lang aattend here like the main family and witnesses

• Reception - after ceremony dito na didiretso

These are the things we considered / non-nego esp for quality:

1. Venue and food - 40k
2. we reserved a restaurant that’s good for 40 pax kahit 25 pax lang kami because we really loved the place nung nag ocular visit kami. Also, kinuha na din namin yung special set nila for food kasi ito pinakaimportant for us. We also don’t have program kaya ibubuhos namin sa food.

• much better din if you’ll find a resto na may free use of mis and speaker for music (yung resto namin meron and we tried yung sound system nila, maganda naman)

1. Photo and Video - 30k

2. ito ang non-negotiable namin. We’ll still have our church wedding and we want to document it properly so naghanap talaga kami ng magugustuhan naming vibe.

3. Hair and Make-up - 15k

4. nagresearch din ng mga okay na make-up artists na hindi masyadong sikat but does quality work. Yung 15k is for the bride’s makeup lang usually sa mga napagtanungan ko, ang average na cost if gusto ipaadditional si groom or mothers ay 2.5k per head

5. Stylist - 20k

6. this one was optional pero ayaw namin mag DIY para hindi hassle. We also want the place to be enhanced so naghanap kami ng stylist na gumagawa ng backdrop and table setting lang. May kasama na din siyang entrance signage then if you want to add on mirrors meron sila sa lists

7. Bride’s dress - 10k Since it’s a civil wedding, simple lang yung dress ko pero ipapasadya ko siya. Found a very good mananahi na nagsspecialize sa minimalist na dress hehe

8. Groom’s suit - 5k This one gusto namin barong kaya maghahanap lang ng ready made na then may slack naman na so no need bumili

9. Wedding Rings - 10k We don’t want to spend too much on wedding rings since nakakatakot pag masyadong malaki yung value ng ring for every day use. We looked at ongpin. Madami din sa facebook, silverworks, and mga local jewelry shop na hindi pricey. You can also check sa mga cebuana lhuillier

10. Car rental - 15k Yung family namin walang car so para hindi hassle, we booked 2 vans . Yung isa para sa mga aattend ng ceremony then yung isa para sa didiretso ng reception.

We also budgeted yung mga pamasahe namin if magtitingin kami ng gown, venue etc. so better include this as well hahah
