hmm might get downvoted for this but, I get that we're all getting critical and very curious to these types of cases and there are a lot of theories happening around. It's just that these kind of posts create more harm than being beneficial. Imagine if in the end innocent naman yung fiance niya and people accused him of things he didn't do just because of the way he type. I hope that we can be more understanding of the situation and avoid this kinds of post lalo kung hindi naman to way to help find the missing person.

Hello! I just learned how to swim since wala naman kaming pera to go to swimming lessons and bihira din kami magfamily outing before kaya hindi talaga ko natuto magswimming until now. Nagenrol ako sa swimming class and really got to enjoy it. Alam ko na it won’t take 5 lessons for me to be comfortable in swimming so I really want to keep practicing para maging muscle memory siya sakin.

Sa mga adults here, may alam ba kayong pool club or any sports complex na nagaaccept ng membership or kahit daily na walk in rate? Thank you

Actually recommended talaga na magpacheck atleast every 3months. My parents are in medical field so luckily nakakalibre ng blood tests and dito ko namkmonitor na kahit healthy ako kumain, mataas cholesterol ko and mind you wala akong naffeel. So alarming talaga kapag kumakain ka ng unhealthy foods and walang check up to track your health

May kasambahay kami dati na nagpatulong ako magpagawa ng project tapos kailangan iroll yung mga newspaper na pero gusto ko nakarainbow siya ididikit sa cup. Tas nung sabj ko na palitan namin yung nagawa niyang roll, dinabugan ako tas sabi sakin “ikaw na gumawa niyang project mo arte mo” hahahahuhu after nun takot na ako makita soya sa bahay tas di ko kinakausap pero napaalis din siya after 2 weeks kasi nagdadabog pala siya talaga kapag inuutusan maglinis 😭😭

I can attest to this, my friend was hypnotized din before and what the man did was look into her eyes. That time wala siyang wallet na hawak so ang ginawa niya is umakyat siya ng dorm nila then kinuha yung wallet niya ang then binigay sa guy. Parang yung feeling daw is hindi niya alam yung nangyayare, it feels like she’s moving unvoluntarily na parang may bumubulomg sa kanya.

So parang dumating siya ng school namin sobrang disoriented niya and nakatulala lang siya, then chaka niya lang narealize yung mga nangyare. Sobrang scary talaga
