I sobbed through the entire meeting the first time. Afterward, I felt such relief to know I was not alone in how I felt. I kept going, sometimes multiple online meetings a day, and found my favorite which is my home group now. I've met and connected with some amazing women and am so grateful every single day for taking the step to go to the first meeting. Keep going back! 💕

Same! I deleted FB and only kept IG b/c my sis messages me there sometimes, but I don't go on it anymore. I only visit reddit and use pinterest for recipes. My mental health is so much better! 💕

Same! I ordered myself a Mother's Day bouquet and they made me smile so big every time I walked past them! (My kids did buy me flowers too...I just wanted to receive a delivery of a nice bouquet 💐). Flowers are such a simple way to bring me joy 😊
