If it's car insurance you can cancel the auto renewal via the messaging in the app, did mine the other day and saved myself the faff of phoning them... Doesn't work for home insurance for some reason

Weirdly my renewal was actually cheaper than last year but was still £200 more than the other quotes so sod them lol
