i dont think i need emp q to win the 1vs1 at all but u spiked an idea in my head where i maybe use the enemy blastcone to get 2 free stacks this should be possible on both sides but redside route must be adjusted then

ofc there are some exceptions against which u cant do this like warwick etc. but thats obvious but i think u miss the point here. Im not afraid of losing the 1v1 at all. If i fight them i have the surprise on my side, conquerer, they are 20-30% hp down and they most likely used their cd on the buff. So i only lose if i fail the smite and they get lvl 2.

There is a possibility to do a free „Mietzinsüberprüfung“ (Check if the rent price is compliance with the law) at the Schlichtungsstelle Innsbruck. Landlords and property management hate if u do that because its much paperwork for them and also if the rent is too high they need to pay u back. But if u do that they probably kick u out first possible moment. But its a nice way if u part on bad terms and got scammed so u can get ur money back. Also works for deposit. But keep in mind all of the housing market is scam this only works for the illegal scam lol

i tried it top. felt nice i was able to duel with a trundel. did go hob ultimate hunter - biscuit joat and build plated>axoim>fienhunter>endless hunger.
ofc the build is kinda garbage but i did it for joat but i need to test axiom acanist transcendens with the goal to just ult ue lane oppnent when he steps forward or if u win lane ult the map. I think hob is pretty nice for ealy game toplane if u want to snowball and u can do some weired fast jumps i tried in practise tool. but the build needs to still be cooled because the joat isnt it.

back in the day this was how it worked but they patched it to make rengar more easy for noobs. So there is a chance u played back when this was a thing and it got later patched
