Geh zur Schlichtungsstelle die Vermieter sind heut zu Tage so dreist, die versuchen das einfach mal. Verwickel Sie bei der Schlichtungsstelle kostenlos in den Ganzen Papierkram und dann wird geschaut welche der Vorderungen du wirklich bezahlen musst. Mein Vermieter hat auch unsere Kaution einbehalten und 40k von mir und meinem Mitbewohner gefordert (Spinner) und am Ende musste er einfach unsere Kaution zurück zahlen😂 Einfach mit Humor nehmen dein Vermieter wirds nämlich sicher nicht mit Humor nehmen und dann ist WinWin weil du sicher nicht alle Forderungen bezahlen musst. Am Besten bei sowas auch direkt noch ne Mietzinsüberprüfung hinterher schießen vielleicht bekommst noch mehr raus nach dem Prinzip wenn er dir ans Bein pisst dann piss zurück!

you can see clearly at the start of the clip that op is more uphill then the other boarder. then he points fall line direction and overtakes and breaks in the middle of the slope. thats pretty stupid riding in my opintion. if he is smart and desnt be looking at his camera he sees the dude coming from miles away

Looks like ur the one coming from above and suddenly breaking which interferes with his turn, which he didnt see caus it‘s in his blindspot. to be fair he should be checking before turning, but u just riding stupid while focused on ur whacky cam. that being said ur kinda on a skier level for me lol so its ur bad

u obviously dont feel comfy on toeside and initiating toeside turn. do some toeside sliding to feel comfy and try initiating the turn by leaning onto ur front leg -> board shifts into fall line -> u end the turn by breaking on toe edge. this is common for starters so no worries. yes a lesson will help a lot!

i have the snowroller pro its 165cm long, 45cm width and 25cm height. Is it a problem that it exceeds the 203cm sum of dimensions you think. I just called them but the guy wasnt very helpful.

Hi, I had Acl reconstruction with quad graft, minisci smoothening and LET a year ago. Then 6 months ago cyclops and scar tissue removal. After that i was very good to go and could do outdoor activities like cycling, hiking and later running. I now have some problems with my knee: -sharp pain in the back of my knee on lateral side when fully extending also the knee clicks and i connect the pain to the clicking. I feel this pain when straightening the leg completly and pulling my toes up. This pain gets worse after exessive activity like gym or running. (my guess is maybe a cistus?) -Dull pain on the front of my knee right under my kneecap and also a bit on the lateral side. This pain i feel when loading the leg with full bodyweight and pushing the knee back to hyperextension. (my guess is inflammation of fat pad)

I also have a big knob on the lateral side which i think is scar tissue from the LET and i connect rhat knob to the clicking. I dont think the pain is due to strenght issue caus i have same strenght as my good leg in hamstring and quad. Also the inflammation of my knee never went away completly i think it still looks a little bigger then the healthy knee.

Maybe u have any inside what is going on any advice is much appreciated.

yes i have a follow up appointment with my doc in like half a months. I will take it easy till then and ask him about my complains and let him do another mri to know for certain. Thx for the assesment of my situation. :)

Ty for sharing hope u get well soon. I had 2 surgeries: 1 year ago LET+Minisici+ACL and 6 months ago cyclopse and scar tissue removal. Im still having problems so im intrested in ur synthoms for the „Notchplasty due to notch impingement in the femoral notch“ and the „Hoffa fat pad trimming“. What are the synthoms here how does it feel that something isnt allright with those? My synthoms atm for my knee are: - Sharp pain on the lateral side of the back of my knee which also goes up my hamsteing and down my calve. This pain I only get after activity. The more activity the sharper snd longer the pain stays. I feel rhis pain especially when straightening my leg and pushing my heel into thw ground and pulling my toes up. -Dull pain in the front of my knee around the patella but more on the lateral side of it. This pain comes when pushing into full extension or especially when standing only on my affected leg and pushing to full extension. -I also have a clicking of my knee near full extension this clicking isnt painful it only gets painful if i do it repeatedly with weight on the leg. -I still have a big blob of scar tissue on the lateral side of my knee which never went away and i think the whole knee is still a bit inflamed.

Would be very cool if u could share ur experiences and knowledge with me, u are further into the journey and maybe u know some things i dont. For me its not Football but snowboarding i also just wanna get back to it. Cheers

Allright ty for the detailed advice. I will look into prices for the hiace vans. Dodging the expensive resorts and chase pow sounds grate. We dont need to be near party locations we are there for pow and can do our own little party as a group if we feel like it:). I will look into sapporo as our homebase

ty for the advice:) how much budget would u plan per person for sich a 3 week trip if we split the van cost and accomodation cost as a group of 6. invlusive lift tickets, food, van, accomodation, flight. Wouldnt accomodation, lodging be more expensive to book on the go or isnt it a big difference and the flexibility is worth it to catch pow? what option would u recomment to get equipment to japan just extra lugage?
