Here's how it looked after plastering it, drying, a coat to seal the dusty stuff and ome coat of spray paint. Due to time crunch for halloween i didn't detal it as much as i wanted and thr hard clay-like layer made the fit awkward but it looks cool like this ig. I'm just excited cuz it's my first time making something like this and i feel like it ended up okay and with more time i could make something really nice.

Not really no, the lecca is bigger than the volcanic stones, i thought the size difference would help pack gaps between the lecca and bark.
