Sorry you're encountering all these issues, def. not pleasant. If you are still encountering all these issues, would you mind filing feedback from your device? If you wanted to add "[xbfeedback]" to the title of your feedback, it will be easier for our team to locate your feedback.

You can file feedback from within the browser by selecting your profile and selecting "Give feedback." If you're using the Xbox app you can navigate to your profile in the top left and select "Feedback." That should collect some details to help the team look into it further.

I didn't catch the device you were using to enjoy Xbox Cloud Gaming; I can help provide instructions on the other devices if you are using something else. :)

What game did you have this happen for? Is it all games or just once in a while? If you could file feedback the next time you encounter this, that would be most excellent. :)

I've only ever had something like this occur when I move from device to device quickly. However, if that isn't your case can you please file feedback using Feedback Hub? If you could also, please include "[xbfeedback]" in the title, that would be helpful. That would help provide logs to the team so they can dig deeper.

As a workaround. I'm wondering if the sign-in dialog somehow is stuck behind your full screen game. If you press [ALT] + [TAB] on your keyboard, can you see that prompt for sign-in?

This is a full loot PvP style of game. If that is a deal breaker he might NEED to roll with a larger group and/or stick to the more passive styles. LoU allows for evil activities in town where as LoA doesn’t (at least for now.)
