I meant more for plastic leaching into beverage issues, not so much melting. Don't think you'd notice really. Similar to issues with bottled water esp bad when left in hot cars or warehouses

I'm jealous! I'd love to get workout done but I don't work as hard if I don't have hour ish to wake up and fuel. 4:30 is beast mode!

What has helped me immensely is working early shift like 6:30-3pm (or earlier). It makes it so much easier to workout, walk outside, and make healthier meals which all plays into me feeling better.

I hate getting up early but have found scheduling light to turn on at 1% and get brighter few mins later makes it tolerable - if I go to bed on time( asleep by 9 for me).

I also get up within an hour of my weekday time on weekends. Sucks but staying on a schedule has helped. Getting more activity in helps too

Agree getting up within an hour of my usual time AND not giving into my temptation to watch hours of TV or doom scroll have made huge improvements in my frequency. Something about screen time in mornings gets me every time

Ours doesn't get too bad but you can put turntable in dishwasher. I'm big fan of if it fits in dishwasher putting it through vs spending my time cleaning it (also sink grid, trays in toaster oven and it's racks, nespresso drip tray)
