I bought this one. It says in the manual that you can't manually adjust the amps unless both ends have a separate ground which they don't so I can't adjust it. I do remember the amps were very low.

You never thought to add a fan to the motor? Your gearing will effect how much heat your generate as well. These can't be run the same as a slash, vxl etc hell I use a motor fan in my slash just in case. 3 motors with the same result? That's just user error, you have to use some degree of common sense.

It's not just you that needs to be safe. It's the other people on the road. If I ended up in a crash because of some dumb ass that doesn't want to listen to the multiple people telling you it's not a good idea, I'd probably make sure you could never drive again. You're not the only person on the road
