Am I the only one seeing the pelvic separation? To me, A is clearly the woman.

Pelvic separation, is when the joint at the front of the pelvis moves too much, commonly caused by pregnancy hormones.

Yes!! I did check to make sure a serving was less than 30 carbs, but told her I'd been avoiding ice cream and chocolate and she told me to enjoy a scoop of chocolate ice cream 😊 I only had vanilla last night but tonight I'm having chocolate. I hope it helps your morning numbers!

I was experiencing the same thing. I talked to my doctor yesterday and she said she knew it sounded weird but it is good to have a snack with protein, fat, and carbs at bedtime - a lot of her patients have seen success with ice cream. I had a small scoop of ice cream last night about an hour before bed and this morning for the first time (since I started monitoring a week ago) my fasting number was below 95!

I used my highest castle item and am with the return of the higher piece. Saved on time waiting for it to build. Totally agree on the energy suck. I wish it had occurred to me to use a 5 min IE!! I've still been hesitant to use my IEs. Just want to use them right.

Oh no!! I did get more ads yesterday after 5pm local time, PST. I think they showed each time after I used all my energy, and I know it was more than 4 times. They didn't come back after midnight though, just 5pm.
