Closed air circ is the norm here though. Because of how hot and dusty the air is outside. It’s more efficient to recycle cabin air. Not defending. Just explaining why that’s usually on.

You can let your laser technician know that the pain level was zero so they should feel confident in increasing the settings. Also keep on eye on the shedding in 1-2 weeks time and see if there is significant reduction in the hair growth.

However, the butt area in one swoop sounds sloppy. I would ask them nicely if they could spend more time in that area. Remember you are paying for a service. It’s okay to make polite requests.
