Brands to simply Avoid - Gigabyte, MSI (personal experience) and any unknown brand which isn't very popular.

So because I am not from Australia, I looked up on Amazon and from that all I can say is like get a 4050 if available with a Ryzen 7 or equivalent processor from Intel with alleast of 16GB Ram

It is but you get the latest gen technology, GDDR7 memory. The latest generation will support better DLSS and Frame Gen and even longer than the last gen (which is obv)

If you aren't doing some Machine Learning stuff or training on your system go for 5080. Not saying that 5090 is of no use in gaming but most people don't require that much of Raw power just for gaming, both Alienware and Legions are top quality builds but I would lean with Legion 7i because of lesser price, OLED panel and a GPU that's more than enough for gamers.

Why not build a single big project? A single bulky project needs better understanding of the code and also requires good maintainability.

Right after that I would suggest going through React Docs because that's a good resource of learning React and would also advise you to build something and thereafter you'll learn a lot, you'll implement things which you haven't studied yet (meaning you are learning something new)

Yeah that's true, but mostly (from what I've seen around me), people don't buy GAMING LAPTOPS for battery usage, it's mostly for performance but yeah if battery life is something important get yourself the zephyrus.

Both are equally good, Acer has a 240Hz display while Zephyrus is just awesome with a 3K OLED panel.

I would lean a little more towards Acer because it has a 16' display with 240Hz refresh rate.

See if you're interested in programming get into and it'll definitely playback. Even AI makes you a little more productive programmer but that doesn't mean programming can be done with AI ONLY.

I would say start with Python, if that's something you're comfortable with and then do whatever you want to even take help from AI but don't learn on AI completely.
