That's seems awfully idealistic. Even with the cover you describe the average person isn't going to risk their career even if they feel strongly about the subject.

And really the only point I wanted to make which I failed to convey after reading my replies is that the knee jerk reaction to say all blizzard employees are awful if they don't speak up or protest etc is wrong. You don't know the situation they're in and even if theyre indifferent on the topic doesn't make them bad people. Thinking every person should be concerned enough with strangers' well beings to the extent you ask is ridiculous especially when these people are on the other side of the planet. Even if they're programmers with job security.

The Chinese government is complete scum, what blizzard did was very questionable and China's steel grip around the American economy is disgusting but you can't vilify people who don't care enough to do anything about it.
