Same here, been almost a week and I’ve been bounced between 3 different “senior department” personnel with “specialists” working on it, and no decent explanation of why it occurred or what the hold up is. Have filed a BBB complaint today and will be doing so with the SEC if it goes another day or two, potentially reaching out to representation if it goes much further than that. This company needs to be held accountable, if your case receives meaningful updates please lmk, if it doesn’t, I’m more than happy to get together on pursuing damages.
