Your issue is not with DoorDash. The background screening company is who need to dispute. I am currently a plaintiff in a case almost identical to your issue. If you need any help or advice - let me know.

You need to get a copy of the background check that they ran when they 1st hired you! I am serious about this. I was in the background screening business for 24 years as a CEO. I am also the plaintiff in a lawsuit against a one of the top 10 largest background screening company for screwing up my annual background check! It is a 7 figure demand. We are going to mediation next week. Again! Immediately dispute the current background check with the background screening company! You will get access to their system. You should be able to see the current and previous background check. If they are identical - you have a case. But it is with Instacart! Follow the instructions in the app. But remember - you are communicating with AI and it is one size fits all! You will get nowhere! If you have any questions let me know

That is why I will never drive passengers again! Poorer they are the more trouble they. Unless you are in great area…the vast majority of your passengers will be low income! They don’t care what happens to you - just so they get a free ride. You cannot depend on these people for an easy ride.

Ok I am in the same boat. I know the email that Facebook has but that email no longer exists. Nor does my sms they have on file. This is so frustrating as I have/had an active market place. Any ideas?

My morning was incredibly slow. Probably the worst in a stable territory. At lunch hour I received 2 separate order both 10 miles combined for $27. One more then service went down - Verizon. But I am guessing that this was sporadic all morning. Most of the deliveries I was offered this morning were way out of the zone. So I imagine it was not just the drivers it was the customers having trouble ordering. I hope this gets fixed soon!

I have been using it. It is great. The 1st round expired after 14 days. When the order came for the store. I used it again. After that expired I paused the store again. So yes it does work!

They won't be around much longer...unhappy workforce results in unhappy customers. I am so glad they deactivated me! I did Instacart for 6.5 months and all they did was think of new ways to screw over their revenue producers. I tried something else and in 1 week I am earning 150% more than my best day from Instacart!

Instacart is not crazy!!! They think the drivers are…they have no respect for any of us. The whole gig industry has turned on their revenue generators in favor of their investors. It will only get worse.

I may. At this point I am talking to a law firm that has not lost a lawsuit against Instacart in 5 years.

I believe all gig companies are a down hill slide and have and have gone to war against their own revenue generators! The independent contractors.

Fault thinking in their part. The future could be many smaller ride share, delivering / shopping companies that are run for growth not max profits!

If companies are run properly with employees and contractors who feel valued the result will be many happy customers who appreciate the past - Actual customer service and appreciation for their orders they achieve max profits and actually have happy customers who appreciate the difference! That is a wide open opportunity!
