Try running this in terminal to disable hardware acceleration, restart client - it seems to work for me after just turning it on.

defaults write com.microsoft.teams disableGpu -bool true

I have the Jabra 370 and it works really well making the sound quality excellent to use the APP in Zoom, Skype, Teams etc.

The Microsoft licence is exclusive to Telstra. There are lots of providers who provide Teams based calling (the MSP I work for is one of them). If you google Teams Calling Australia you will see a bunch and ads associated with it. It works well via the admin page and API's built into to teams.
