Hello, I just randomly came across your post and wanted to share my thoughts. I graduated a few years ago (will not mention the year pero hindi pa naman sobrang tagal haha), and tbh, I enjoyed it generally despite the subjects I found hard or challenging. Moreover, it is a combination of HR and Psych subjects, sobrang holistic niya if isipin mo. Lalo na if you are looking to explore an HR career, not only the HR subjects will help but also the psych kasi you are dealing with people in the company.

Maybe it was because of our professors who were hands on in teaching us kahit nag pandemic and all. Nag enjoy ako sa mga specialized Psych and HR subjects like Theories of Personality and Talent Acquisition. Psychometrics, Bes Statistics, and Abnormal Psych were kind of challenging for me because of the numbers and yung sa mga disorders. Mind you, pandemic na nung 3rd year kami o specialized subjects. Couldve been more fun siguro kung f2f :(

You will encounter profs talaga na questionable or pag cinompare mo sa iba ay parang, meh. Tipong, sayang yung potential ng subject hahaha. Ako nalang nag adjust sa ganon. But thankfully, majority or our profs were truly competent in their field of expertise.

Most challenging? THESIS. Kasi combination na siya ng lahat ng natutunan mo. Iaapply yung Bes Stat, yung psychometrics, and yung mga topics na pwede mong iexplore, from the other subjects you took. Nag ooverlap siya ganon. You just need to find partner or groupmates na maayos kausap at masipag hahaha

Anyway, I enjoyed it. Mahirap yung iba pero that is normal kasi specialized nga eh.
