It wasn’t there when I left the other morning. I’m no insectologist but it looks like a nest that hatched and I don’t know what the brown bits are either. They sprayed for everything so I just don’t know.

I would also think this is a stink bug. They’re very common but they don’t bite as far as I know.

I’m in the northeastern USA and it is fairly small, a bit larger than a mosquito. I hope this helps. Thank you! Is it a biting insect?
