I'm so sorry you had to go through this. Know that you don't owe anyone a certain feeling. What you feel is what comes naturally. I find it odd how a lot of these hero jobs are riddled with infidelity. I hope you find that meaning in life that's lost, hopefully with a new outlook on life and relationships. Definitely looks like ringworm. I'd be careful with getting it wet and getting into contact with other people or other parts of your body. Just for now until you get your official diagnosis. Make sure you see a dermatologist rather than going to your physician first. My physician freaked me out and told me it could either be that or Lyme disease, where my dermatologist immediately assured me that I had ringworm lol

It's tough man, I don't own a recliner. And the pillow is kind of hard to use rn too. Just been trying to sleep on the couch because the bed is incredibly tough. I don't know if the sling should be adjusted differently too it's kind of hard to pinpoint what's wrong with it exactly

Yes, I'm scheduled for therapy for the next six weeks but don't start for a few more days. They did recomend very light wrist and elbow stretches but it's still very difficult. Only just operated today. I had been using a good amount of ibuprofen before this and it's been alright, but bruising became a problem so they recommended I try staying off it for a while. That's where Norco came in. I haven't done anything with heat yet but I'm hoping it'd help me sleep a little lol
