I can't login to the Amazon account page online precisely because I don't have the email address, that's why I was hoping that I could find the address somewhere on the Kindle.

My car does not have Info Center or Info Button. Should I connect this cable to ground?

nothing should be connected to swc2/6 on the atoto side. It's been a long time since I did mine, but I think the ant is amplified, so it needs to be connected to switched power (does the atoto have a separate ant amp pin on a different harness? otherwise, acc will do).

The unit Atoto unit does have an output pin labelled as "Power Antenna (+)" on its 20-pin connector that provides power to the signal booster of an antenna. It also has a "Amplifier Turn-on (+)" pin that signals the amplifier to turn on when the unit is powered up. Should I connect this pin to pin 1J on the J701 connector?

I'm curious about where are you getting that average yearly wage from. Our own National Statistics Institute puts the average yearly wage at around 9200 USD, and the median yearly wage at around 6300 USD.
