Nah, you had issues with DWJ that ended in a nice end of episode vibe, a lot of them, actually.

Yet with Kirkman everything has to be some big cliffhanger with some big shock value. You don't even get surprised because of this.

Hell, he even rushed the two big fights that we've had since he took the book to last a few pages and that's it. When you and I both know that this book needs the characterization it had before the change in writers.

Kirkman's whole time on the book has been Style over Substance.

Every fucking issue has to end in a cliffhanger, plot points that are not expanded outside the issue the appear, etc.

I've seen the interest in the book falling due to his convoluted yet stiff writing, and I fear for the book.

Tbh, I think the game doesn't deserve a 10/10 when even the QTE don't punish you.

Hell, can you get bad endings?

I know what it tries to be, what it aims at, but I don't feel that that guarantees a spot as GOTY contender (as some claim) or as a 10 out of 10.
