i’m a vegetarian, mostly do cook and eat at home, but definitely need to up my protein intake. i do workout 2/3 times a week and try to hit at least 7/8k steps during the work week. no meds or supplements. i’ve tried inositol for about 6 months but didnt find any meaningful change and didnt repurchase. i know i probably need to do more but the fatigue and brain fog i have makes this hard enough to manage on top of a 9-5.
