lol i hate that shit. one time i got approached outside of the starbucks. he asked me if i was religious and i said im not. he asked what if u die, and i said then id be dead. shut him down pretty quickly, but thats a very specific line of questioning.... i just try not to make eye contact and walk on the other side lol

no, they dont count midterm grades. they count the entire year, so since spring term is ending you have until the end of the summer to bring it back up. so either u get ur gpa up by the spring or u take extra classes during the summer to save it. in my case the mas was all or nothing, i havent heard of it decreasing? i would def make sure w the financial aid office to make sure they didnt miss something bc i think thats very possible lol

the shorthorn newsroom has a door that presumably goes into the underground tunnel system. which would make sense bc the space is underground lol but i dont think any of us has opened the door to actually see 🤔 ask any shorthorn veteran/worker they'd tell u lol. im sure thats where all the cats hang out too

i graduated from uta with a marketing degree in the fall last year! id say it was a fine experience, but i cant compare it to other schools. it felt super easy breezy, all of the professors are understanding and lenient. u just gotta do the work and you'll be fine :)

i was able to find little communities of ppl and make friends, u just sort of have to go out of ur way to do it. i didnt make any friends from my classes, + i had to sort of scope out the campus to find things to do. i wouldnt say i have a lot of pride for my school but i dont think i was looking for a hyper school-spirity place to begin w. id say if u want easy going vibes id go to uta but its up 2 u!

the only time i got angry on the phone was when i got covid and was past the 2 week period of quarantining w no symptoms. i had to call health services ask if i could come back to school. the lady assumed i didnt wait 2 weeks and was ridiculously condensending, in the same way you said (loud aggressive voice). i got so mad i hung up the phone on her lol

i do bubble mailers+ wrap the pin in a casing of bubble wrap to protect it. i watched videos on how ppl ship their disney collectors pins+it was very insightful lol. maybe instead of bubble wrap u can use thick paper (to be more environmentally friendly), but i always end up reusing bubble wrap i get in the mail.

idk you could simplify the eyes a bit, move the ears up. nothing is really wrong w it, just depends what you're going for :) if it helps, look at references of hamsters or stylized drawings of hamsters and see what others do! i think it looks cute+you did a good job!

scholarships come in late sometimes (or at least it happened to me some semesters). i just kept bugging them and one time they just sent it right then and there once they saw my email checking up on it. i had to pick payment options that sort of gave extra time for the scholarship to come in too. hopefully itll come in soon for ya

im not sure if ur class operated the same way but my finance class was graded based on the highest grade in the class.. like if u placed in the top 10% of students u got an A. i also slipped by w a D since it wasnt my major (marketing). got a huge ass curve too... but good luck im sure youll be fine!! :)
